Then this summer, I heard from a friend that the home was up for sale off market. I quickly reached out to the sellers before they got into the hands of an inferior agent or worse. The seller and I connected and I assured her that I could find a buyer for her home.  In the end, she was relieved to be able to focus on the next phase of her life and move to her new condominium with her beloved cats.

Although this home was in need of updates and repairs, we were able to bring multiple offer to the sellers. The transaction closed quickly and the sellers were quite pleased with the outcome. The gratification I received from helping this family is part of what fuels my passion for my work.
